To get amazing results, lymphatic drainage should be gentle, light pressure and work in a consistent motion. We know you want to increase the pressure thinking higher pressure will yield better results, but the opposite is true. On the Wave or Ballancer setting, 40-45 for pressure is a beautiful lymphatic drainage experience for amazing results. #2 Space them out 2 times a week! We need to give your system time to do its thing, don’t come back to back days. Giving 48 hours between massages is best. #3 Keep Going! Our members get 8 sessions a month included in their pass - the results of consistent use will be phenomenal for your wellness goals.
